The Forensics of Legal Fraud – The first two Volumes about Fraudulent Bankruptcies

I never thought I could get involved in individual cases. I felt too help- and powerless and too ignorant about courts and legalese.

But my colleague Brad Meyer began by designing a template and I got involved in writing one-page summaries. We wanted to group cases to enforce the Bank of England Act 1694 that was designed NOT to oppress Their Majesties’ subjects.

After spending a lot of time with Mr Ebert, Brad produced Volume 1 of The Forensics of Legal Fraud with him, one of four key cases of fraudulent bankruptcies.

I ended up producing Volume 2 with Paulette H Cooper who is one of these four cases.

These are real live cases – for students to study, for adults to consider – as a warning and possibly wake-up call – and as support and consolation for all other victims.

We believe that bankrupts have no chance of ever getting restitution or compensation for the injustice they have suffered. But we also trust that, together, we will make some difference some time.

Bloggers as victims? They need to be gagged to protect child snatching from being shown up!

Bloggers unite! Get gagging orders or ‘injunctions’ to comply with people who don’t want you to expose their criminal behaviour.

Look at this terrible child snatching case that I documented below and got threatened with an “injunction” – less than two hours before a Court hearing…

Gathering signatures with online petitions is one of the tools that NGOs (non-governmental organisations) can use to get support, get heard and apply some pressure. I’ve tried it four times so far:

twice in the spirit of monetary reform appealing to using Green Credit for Green Purposes instead of “quantitative easing“
twice on behalf of VICTIMS of the absence of honest money and a sane monetary policy:

Letter to the Guardian

Paulette has sent this letter to the Guardian about her traumatic experience which is documented by photos here:

Dear Sirs,

Please see on the link below photographs of a criminal breaking, entering and trespass by Lincoln County Court Bailiffs, locksmiths, an HBOS representative whilst three police officers stood by and watched them commit these crimes. There are hundreds of these illegal possessions and unlawful bankruptcies happening every week in the UK leaving people shell shocked and traumatised, not to mention homeless. Many of them do not even understand their rights or why the Law and the Courts have failed them. We do however know that the greed of the criminals working within HMCS is the real problem!

I have never personally had a court hearing with regard to this property, no court documents with any mortgage debt have ever been served, in fact no appropriate documents have ever been served at all, yet these criminals broke into my property and deprived me of my rights to it in broad daylight! PLease allow me to pinch myself, we are still in the UK surely? This isn’t Uganda …is it?

They came ‘mob handed’ nine in all to perform this property theft from me – a sixty year old lady.

The police refused to do their jobs and arrest these people and as such aided and abetted the criminals from the Lincoln Courts to unlawfully possess my property in order to aid and abet HBOS in one of their many property frauds. They are so far connected to the Quayside fraud, the Vavassuer fraud and have most certainly acted criminally in depriving me of my rights to my property also. Yet they continue to suck the financial life out of the public by stealing their homes and businesses. It is time that they were stopped and time our courts were cleaned up and the criminals posing as Judges bought to book! Please see all photographic evidence on the link below:

This petition to HM Queen was created by The Forum for Stable Currencies and is supported by many Lords and Ministers to stop the Oppression of the British People and the criminality amongst Court officials, the legal profession and police. Dr. Vince Cable is at this time creating a report on four bankruptcies which have been brought about unlawfully, mine is one of them. The Lord Chancellor, as you will see, is also aware of this situation. They are all showing great courage in the face of apparently sinister forces, so please stand up for the truth and earn some respect from the public!

I would very much appreciate your support and ask that you publish and expose these disgraceful acts by authorities who have taken oaths to serve and protect the public – not to criminally defraud them. Please show us that you can and will print the truth.

Victims of financial and judiciary procedures have joined our meetings ever since we started them in the House of Commons and Lords.

Now we’ve pointed the finger at the Bank of England and our Chairman Austin Mitchell MP has also asked the Financial Services Authority to look into it.

June Meeting with Supportive MPs

Our meeting on June 23rd took place thanks to the ceaseless efforts of Brad Meyer who had videoed the previous meeting.

The visible result on the web is Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694 - where ‘victims turned starfighters’ can publish their complaints. The idea is to group them so that the law can be changed.

Hello and Welcome to Room 14!

Quite a few of us met in Committee Room 14 (decorated as the Gladstone Room) at the House of Commons on April 23rd, 2009 – after having participated in Challenging the Recession: Can we Change the Economy? Yes, we can!

We are now the hub of a network and can create an online community, also by using www.meetup.com, as Brad Meyer, our amateur cameraman and strategic advisor from Collaboration suggested.

The first task is for people to introduce themselves and their cases. Videos are the easiest way to tell your story.

Brad has recorded the first few. If you want to send yours, do let us know whether you are happy with the story to be shown in public or not.

We can always ‘hide’ stories, but it’s important to know them so that we can GROUP COMPLAINTS.

Getting individual justice and compensation AS WELL AS changing the law collectively – that’s what hopefully will happen thanks to more and more net- and web-working.
